Rob Anzalone co-founded Fenwick-Keats in 1989 along with Jeff Wolk. In 2006, Fenwick-Keats merged with Goodstein Residential, one of New York’s most prominent real estate families.Originally from Long Island, Rob seeks to instill Fenwick Keats Goodstein with the same spirit of loyalty and integrity his clients, agents and employees have enjoyed for over 19 years. His hands-on approach has fostered a tremendous following from the scores of agents who have become top industry performers under Rob’s personal guidance. Approachable and sincere, Rob personally runs an agent training program that is one of the most popular in the city. An alumnus of both the American University in Paris and New York University, Rob is a mentor at the Covenant House and volunteers at the AC&C Animal Shelter.
Jeff Wolk co-founded Fenwick-Keats in 1989 along with Rob Anzalone and in 2006 merged their company with Goodstein Residential, one of New York’s most prominent real estate families. The company has 125 licensed agents working at four Manhattan locations. Wolk, the new company’s Chief Operating Officer, has a long list of business accomplishments:
- Founding Member of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® (MANAR).
- President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® in 2003.
- REALTOR® of the Year in 2005.
- President of MANAR’s Multiple Listing Service in 2006.
- Currently serves on the prestigious nominating Committee for the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR).
He personally oversees the company’s Townhouse and Investment Property Division, which alone is responsible for the sale of 70 properties in just the past 3 years, generating nearly $200M in revenue.
Wolk also heads Fenwick-Keats Management, a boutique property management company with 55 properties and nearly 1000 units under management.

Senior Vice President and Senior Property Manager, Robyn has been with Fenwick-Keats for 15 years and has over 20 years experience in the residential real estate field. Knowledgeable in all aspects of property management, Robyn represents both individual investors as well as owners of multi-unit properties including cooperatives, condominiums and rental units. Robyn is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a graduate of St. John’s University.

With Fenwick-Keats for more than 17 years, Lisa is Senior Vice President and Senior Accounting Manager for all in-house accounting services. She was previously an Accounting Manager for the Retail Sales Audit Division of U. S. General Supply. She is a native New Yorker and volunteer member of the Speaker's Bureau for the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
A native New Yorker, Geraldine Ettu has over twenty years experience in administrative positions both in the US and overseas. Beginning at Fenwick Keats in 1994 as a receptionist and administrative assistant, she has become an Office Administrator as the company has expanded.With exceptional organizational and technical skills, Gerry coordinates the many facets of various departments within the Fenwick Keats Property Management team and its affiliate, Fenwick Keats Goodstein.
Fenwick-Keats’ in-house legal counsel, Sol is an attorney admitted to practice in New York State and a licensed professional engineer. He has more that 25 years’ experience in the management of real property and is knowledgeable in dealing with New York City agencies, the DHCR and the Housing Court.
An administrator to the Fenwick Keats Property Management team and an intregal member of the Fenwick Keats Goodstein Corporate Office, Marlene hails from Trinidad and Tobago; where Calypso and steel drums were invented and now calls Brooklyn her home.Marlene brings the professionalism, positive attitude and commitment which is essential to a service based indrustry such as real estate. Her prior experience gained from past positions she held in the banking, legal and administrative fields have been easily parlayed at Fenwick Keats Goodstein, and especially in the Property Management division of Fenwick Keats, where she truly values the importance of placing the customer's needs first.
Joel is a native New Yorker with an extensive background in New York City government, having spent close to two decades as a city employee. He brings his savvy knowledge of city government, as well as his many other supervisory skills, to work with the Fenwick Keats Management team. With an extensive knowledge of buildings, cultures, trends, and neighborhoods, he is able to generate a positive outcome in regards to any challenge placed before him.
Joel’s involvement in civic activities consists of running a non-profit youth program on Staten Island, playing softball and is an avid musician. Since Joel is bilingual in Spanish he is able to communicate with Spanish speaking owners and tenants, trying to meet and even exceed their needs.
Judy's professional life has revolved around property management in one way or another since 1974. She has been managing coops and condominiums since 1990 and has personally handled every aspect of this wide-ranging business. Whether your building is having a boiler problem, or is dealing with a difficult tenant-relations problem, Judy will know what steps to take to resolve the issue. Judy is a licensed real estate broker, a member of her synagogue choir and a very proud member of the Board of Directors of PFLAG-NYC where she serves on the Safe Schools Committee.
